Ejecutivo Asociado de Cumplimiento Regulatorio de Reclamos

Responsibilities

• Lead the comprehensive management of regulatory compliance related to regulator rulings, complaints, and fine intentions.
• Strengthen the preventive regulatory risk management model through structured monitoring, document control, and early warning mechanisms.
• Drive the "Zero Fines" corporate project by reducing regulatory contingencies through executive risk visibility and cross-functional prioritization.
• Implement corporate tracking dashboards to monitor deadlines, responsible parties, and the status of regulatory justifications.
• Represent the department in internal regulatory coordination spaces and cross-functional working groups.
• Promote continuous improvement and automation of the compliance model to optimize inter-departmental processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in regulatory compliance, management of rulings, or monitoring regulatory commitments.
• Experience in regulated environments such as telecommunications, banking, insurance, or mass services.
• Advanced proficiency in tracking and control tools, specifically Excel and Power BI.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple high-criticality regulatory commitments simultaneously.
• Ability to coordinate across legal, regulatory, operational, and customer service departments.
• Experience in managing regulatory complaints, sanctioning processes, or responding to regulator requirements is highly desirable.
