Ejecutivo/a PyME

Responsibilities

• Drive the profitability of the SME Center by providing high-quality service in maintenance, post-sales, and product operations.
• Attend to all client service requirements regarding contracting, maintenance, and operational support.
• Provide advisory and operational support to ensure client satisfaction and goal achievement.
• Manage credit operations by interacting with central areas to improve response times.
• Administer and control client credit files and documentation.
• Propose strategies to improve administrative, operational, and accounting efficiency within the SME center.
• Mitigate operational risk by ensuring compliance with established norms and policies.

Requirements

• University degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Finance.
• 12-18 months of experience in financial sector sales.
• Proven experience in client service and product placement within the SME segment.
• Proficiency in the analysis and interpretation of financial statements.
• Strong knowledge of accounting, credit, and finance.
• Experience in profitability analysis, investment projects, and business cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and customer service skills.
• Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Credit certification.
