Responsibilities

• Manage a high-value client portfolio to build long-term relationships and increase segment loyalty.
• Identify client needs and provide timely financial advisory services and solutions for premium clients.
• Detect new business opportunities within the existing portfolio and prospect for new premium clients.
• Manage a daily sales agenda, ensuring consistent follow-up and achievement of commercial objectives.
• Ensure a positive customer experience by adhering to service fundamentals and commercial models.
• Comply with institutional policies, including Global Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Administration, or related economic-administrative fields.
• 3 years of experience in sales of financial services within the premium sector.
