Responsibilities

• Independently set up, maintain, and repair production machines and lines for module assembly and thermoset injection molding
• Analyze causes of malfunctions and propose/implement optimizations for production equipment in coordination with technical experts
• Assist in the industrialization and capacity expansion of production lines
• Record, process, and evaluate production and quality data
• Perform production-related quality checks and final inspections
• Participate in continuous improvement processes (KVP) and support problem-solving tasks

Requirements

• Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics, Industrial Mechanic, Process Mechanic, or Plant Electronics Technician)
• At least 2-3 years of professional experience, specifically in maintaining automated production systems
• Proficient user knowledge of MS Office and SAP
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift rotation and on weekends
• Strong reliability, quality awareness, and ability to work independently within a team
