Responsibilities

• Take over the professional management of the facility and responsibly shape daily operations
• Develop and ensure professional standards and actively participate in quality assurance processes
• Further develop assistance services for substituted individuals and people with substance control problems
• Contribute to conceptual development
• Personnel management and development
• Participate in relevant committees and networks for professional networking and interest representation
• Act as an interface for public relations and support the facility's external representation
• Actively participate in the vista gGmbH management team
• Provide psychosocial support to substituted individuals

Requirements

• Completed degree in Social Work or comparable training
• Professional expertise and willingness to manage the facility
• Interest in regular professional exchange and continuous development
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork
• Intercultural counseling competence and confident appearance towards external partners
• Sound professional experience in the social sector
• Motivation to take on leadership responsibility
• Accepting and open-ended work attitude

• Annual gross salary of €50,750 to €58,750 for full-time positions (pro-rated for 80%)
