Responsibilities

• Procure supplier and subcontractor services in coordination with construction management and estimating
• Compile tender documents and solicit bids
• Analyze incoming offers and prepare award statistics
• Prepare and conduct price and contract negotiations
• Manage the preparation and finalization of contracts
• Support and participate in digitalization projects

Requirements

• Completed commercial or technical training or a relevant university degree
• Several years of industry-specific professional experience
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge of RIB iTWO is highly desirable
• Strong negotiation skills and a result-oriented approach
• Entrepreneurial thinking combined with good technical understanding
• Independent, reliable, and careful working style
