Responsibilities

• Assemble and connect OS coils according to technical drawings and specifications
• Check the availability of parts and materials according to production programs
• Adjust order sequences in case of deviations and coordinate with other departments
• Troubleshoot defined malfunctions and report complex issues to the specialist department
• Verify functionality, quality parameters, and completeness of assembly contents
• Document inspection results, record defects, and suggest improvements for weak points

Requirements

• Initial professional experience in assembly or production, ideally in coil or electrical engineering
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Sound knowledge of occupational safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) for team communication
• Strong self-management skills to organize workflows and prioritize tasks
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system
