EIC Intern - Real Estate Consulting

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and manage data collection via online sources, interviews, inspections, and databases
• Participate in site visits, perform photography, and update project information
• Contribute to quarterly market research reports and bespoke client deliverables
• Support internal research requests by providing accurate and timely data
• Prepare proposals, capability statements, and track records for client submissions
• Maintain and update CRM systems and research databases
• Provide translation support for standard documents and assist with administrative tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
• Ability to provide a university confirmation letter for an internship
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
