EIC Intern

Responsibilities

• Support the operational management of real estate assets, including offices, warehouses, and common areas
• Manage relationships with tenants and technical staff regarding maintenance and technical aspects
• Monitor external service providers such as cleaning, maintenance, security, and utilities
• Collaborate on the planning and monitoring of routine and extraordinary maintenance
• Assist Property Managers in the preparation of ordinary and extraordinary budgets
• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations
• Update technical documentation, including layouts, floor plans, and manuals
• Prepare periodic reports and track facility management KPIs
• Support the collection of utility data across various properties
• Maintain and update the Vantify platform

Requirements

• Ability to support the operational management of diverse real estate environments
• Strong organizational skills to assist in maintenance planning and budgeting
• Proficiency in managing relationships with tenants and external vendors
• Attention to detail for updating technical documentation and reporting
• Interest in facility management, real estate operations, or HSE compliance
