E&I Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, curative, and predictive maintenance on electrical installations, instrumentation, and automation systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults in motors, VFDs, softstarters, distribution boards, and MCCs
• Maintain and calibrate pressure, temperature, level, and flow meters, as well as various analyzers
• Support fault analysis on PLC-controlled installations (Siemens/IMA) and perform basic HMI/SCADA adjustments
• Execute switching and isolation tasks following strict LOTO procedures
• Document all interventions in maintenance systems (SAP/Maximo) and contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Ensure compliance with safety standards including ATEX and Permit to Work

Requirements

• Professional Bachelor's degree in Electricity, Electronics, Electromechanics, or Industrial Automation
• Experience in industrial environments such as chemistry, petrochemistry, pharma, or energy
• Knowledge of Siemens or IMA PLC systems
• Understanding of signal types including 4-20 mA, HART, Profibus, Profinet, and Modbus
• Fluency in English
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to safety and technical problem-solving

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant work experience specifically within a petrochemical environment
• VCA certificate (VOL or Basis)
