E&I Shift Engineer

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems including substations, transformers, and switchgear
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain control systems such as PLC-based systems, HMI, and Variable Frequency Drives
• Carry out high voltage switching, isolation, and testing
• Prepare technical documentation including wiring diagrams (P&IDs), maintenance reports, and calibration reports
• Execute preventive and autonomous maintenance tasks to ensure machine availability
• Participate in Focused Improvement and Operational Excellence activities
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, GMP, and HACCP standards

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a relevant technical course
• Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered Master Electrician (RME) license preferred
• Knowledge of hydraulic, electrical, or electronic process instrumentation and control systems
• Understanding of 5S Principles, OSHAS, EMS, GMP, and HACCP
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic PC skills
• Ability to prepare accurate technical reports and communicate clearly
• Amenable to work in Gateway Business Park, General Trias, Cavite
