E&I and Reliability Technician

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on production equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment reliability and uptime
• Oversee maintenance team day-to-day activities when the maintenance lead is unavailable
• Comply with all local regulations and Clariant safety, environmental, and operational policies
• Complete work orders and document all activities within the CMMS
• For E&I roles: Troubleshoot electrical systems, instrumentation, and 4-20mA field devices
• For Reliability roles: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and apply Lean-Sigma methods to drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience with electrical and mechanical exposure
• GED or High School diploma
• Proficient troubleshooting background on 4-20mA field devices
• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in chemical or food manufacturing environments
• Knowledge of reliability methodologies such as FMEA or continuous improvement initiatives
• Experience with Siemens PLC systems
