EHSS Tech Program & Project Management, Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead technical programs, projects, and enterprise application maintenance operations to support business priorities.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk for high-impact IT solutions.
• Act as a point of escalation for complex, non-routine problems to ensure seamless delivery.
• Align project and product investments with business strategy, considering resource capacity and interdependencies.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership across Databricks, SQL, ETL processes, and data visualization tools.
• Coordinate operational and release activities, including change requests in ServiceNow and deployment planning.
• Manage, coach, and develop Agile teams consisting of developers, business analysts, and testers.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding progress, risks, and budget status.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in management, technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing large teams in enterprise application support and IT initiative delivery.
• Extensive experience with SaaS platforms, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), and ERP systems.
• Proven experience leading Agile delivery using SAFe, Kanban, and Atlassian tools.
• Strong technical proficiency in ETL processes, Databricks, Python, and SQL.
• Strong financial analysis skills, including budget planning, business case preparation, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence without authority in a diplomatic manner.
