EHS&S Specialist I

Responsibilities

• Conduct sampling, measurement, and monitoring as defined in the Matrix of Sampling Techniques and Analyses
• Report field monitoring data according to Quality Management System policies and procedures
• Assist the EHS&S Specialist II in sampling and monitoring activities
• Prepare field reporting files related to performed sampling and measurements
• Operate and maintain equipment for sampling and monitoring
• Oversee outsourced services
• Comply with Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Energy (QHSEE) policies
• Participate in incident investigations and risk assessments

Requirements

• Graduate of any Engineering course or technical course
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Keen attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• DENR training
• WEM/IH training
• Water sampling training
