EHSQ Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and improve environmental, health, safety, and quality (EHSQ) operations across Finnish sites
• Partner with operational management to embed a strong safety and quality culture through field visits and training
• Plan and execute monthly EHS audits and ensure the completion of all follow-up actions
• Manage national EHS metrics, targets, and reporting in alignment with global standards
• Lead accident, incident, and near-miss investigations using thorough root cause analysis (RCA)
• Coordinate quality improvement initiatives and support product and operational teams during audits
• Ensure compliance with Finnish EHS legislation and internal Otis standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in EHS or EHSQ management, preferably in an operational or field environment
• Deep knowledge of Finnish EHS legislation and regulatory requirements
• Extensive experience conducting audits, investigations, and performance reporting
• Proficiency in using digital EHS and quality management systems
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Fluency in both Finnish and English
