Responsibilities
- Own day-to-day OSHA, TCEQ, RCRA, EPA, and DOT compliance across facility and job sites
- Provide active floor and field presence to identify hazards and coach safe behaviors
- Manage the full RCRA hazardous waste program including storage, labeling, and disposal coordination
- Respond to EHS incidents and emergencies and support root cause investigations
- Support air permit, SWPPP, and SPCC inspection cycles
- Develop JHAs and PPE assessments and maintain EHS documentation
Requirements
- 3+ years of EHS experience in manufacturing, industrial, or field operations
- Working knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910 and 1926, RCRA, and EPA/TCEQ regulations
- Electrical experience required
- Hands-on track record in hazardous waste management and emergency response
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid Texas driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with lithium-ion battery storage systems or NFPA 855
