EHS Technician

Responsibilities

• Ensure occupational health, safety, and environmental (EHS) compliance within the manufacturing environment
• Conduct employee training and collaborate with department leaders
• Create and update EHS documentation, including risk registers
• Identify and assess risks related to health, safety, and the environment
• Analyze data, investigate workplace accidents, and propose preventive measures
• Coordinate personal protective equipment (PPE), hazardous substances, and waste management
• Monitor compliance with legislation and internal regulations
• Coordinate with external suppliers, service companies, and contractual partners
• Support operational activities including energy, emissions, and fleet management
• Act as a substitute for the EHS Manager when necessary

Requirements

• Technical secondary education
• Professional qualification in OZO BOZP (OZO PO is an advantage)
• Communicative English skills for daily use
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
• Strong communication and coordination skills with the ability to work alongside production teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an EHS role within a manufacturing setting
