EHS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive safety policies and procedures for real estate properties
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Create and deliver safety training programs for employees and service providers
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, providing detailed reports and recommendations
• Ensure compliance with local and national safety standards within the real estate sector
• Collaborate with management to integrate safety practices into all aspects of operations
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of safety programs and implement improvements
• Maintain accurate safety records and prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging safety technologies
• Act as the primary point of contact for safety matters with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience in safety management within construction or real estate
• Knowledge of Brazilian standards and certification (NEBOSH/OSHA)
• Fluent English
