EHS Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies for Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, and Sustainability based on KPIs and regulations
• Prevent occupational risks, accidents, diseases, and environmental impacts to ensure business continuity
• Coordinate the development, measurement, and monitoring of HSE programs and projects
• Evaluate legal and internal compliance and act as a contact for authorities regarding EHS matters
• Review and approve work standards, procedures, formats, and operating instructions
• Direct training related to site requirements and regulations
• Coordinate the timely registration of information in the HSE database
• Coordinate HSE campaigns and training programs according to legal requirements
• Advise on risk assessments and environmental impact evaluations
• Support incident report analysis (location analysis, 8D reports)
• Coordinate audits, inspections, and stakeholder visits
• Manage compliance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in HSE topics
• Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Knowledge and interpretation of legal requirements for safety, health, and environment
