EHS Professional

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as well as local legislation.
• Drive and develop EHS work in alignment with global programs and strategic goals.
• Advise the bidding and project organizations on EHS requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct and follow up on root cause analyses for incidents and data, ensuring the implementation of preventive measures.
• Manage operational activities including deviation handling, complaints, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Perform audits and supplier follow-ups to ensure systematic risk management and EHS compliance.
• Maintain necessary management documentation and provide clear reporting to leadership and authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality/EHS Engineering, Sustainability, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Fluency in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
• Experience with root cause analysis and incident investigation.
• Ability to organize work effectively within an intercultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of ISO 10005 (Quality Plans) and ISO 19011.
• Previous experience in the energy sector or managing EHS within complex service operations.
