EHS Professional

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, as well as local legislation.
• Drive and develop EHS work in alignment with global programs and strategic goals.
• Advise the bidding and project organizations on EHS requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct and follow up on root cause analyses for incidents and data.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to mitigate risks.
• Support internal and external audits related to quality, environment, health, and safety.
• Manage deviations, complaints, and reporting to management and authorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Quality/EHS Engineering, Sustainability, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
• Proficiency in both Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Experience with root cause analysis and systematic risk management.
• Ability to work effectively in an intercultural environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical knowledge of ISO 10005 (Quality Plans) and ISO 19011.
• Experience in supplier follow-up and environmental/safety legislation.
• Relevant industry experience within the energy or grid technology sector.
