EHS Officer

Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor environmental, health, and safety policies and procedures across the organization
• Conduct regular safety inspections and comprehensive risk assessments
• Lead incident investigations and develop corrective actions
• Deliver safety training programs to employees to ensure compliance with company standards
• Monitor workplace hazards and promote a strong safety culture
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and environmental protection initiatives
• Ensure adherence to all local regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Occupational Health Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related field
• 3–5 years of EHS experience within a manufacturing, industrial, construction, or production environment
• Proven experience in conducting safety audits and incident investigations
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance management

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA
• Equivalent professional safety credentials
