EHS Manager

Responsibilities

• Prepare, implement, and monitor the project EHS plan
• Lead safety meetings with Clients and Trades
• Supervise client project EHS oversight resources and outsourced competent persons
• Assess and approve contractor safety plans
• Review and comment on High Risk Activities
• Champion safety initiatives and support client safety campaigns
• Lead investigations and root cause analysis
• Ensure client safety requirements and local codes are met
• Provide safety support and guidance to project managers

Requirements

• Several years of experience in EHS lead management positions
• Demonstrable experience working on large-scale, complex projects
• Proficiency in project control mechanisms and technical risk assessments
• Strong communication and visualization skills
• Outstanding organization, coordination, and leadership skills
• Experience developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Availability for on-site work in Oulu, Finland

Preferred Qualifications

• Data Center industry experience
