EHS Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all environmental, health, and safety programs and provide leadership to EHS staff
• Develop and implement strategic EHS improvement plans and organizational policies
• Monitor regulatory compliance, conduct regular inspections, and maintain accurate exposure and discharge records
• Establish and track key EHS metrics to ensure visibility and progress monitoring
• Act as a liaison with external consultants and regulatory agencies to ensure legal compliance
• Develop and deliver training programs on emergency procedures and workplace safety
• Coordinate workers’ compensation administration, including incident reporting and claims processing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Safety, Occupational Safety and Health, Business, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of EHS experience within a manufacturing setting
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Relevant safety-related certifications
