About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead site health, safety, and environmental programs at the Cossé plant
- Ensure compliance with laws, manage permits, and oversee wastewater treatment
- Develop and deliver safety training and coach leadership on behavioral safety
- Define preventive measures, investigate incidents, and manage corrective actions
- Lead recycling initiatives, Sedex/SMETA audits, and risk matrix updates
- Represent EHS in meetings, report KPIs, and support corporate EHS strategy
