EHS Lead II/Site EHS Leader

Responsibilities

• Lead site EHS execution for three ASM Arizona facilities, ensuring programs are practical and aligned with corporate requirements
• Serve as a trusted EHS advisor to site leadership, engineering, facilities, and operations
• Support safe work in cleanroom and lab environments around semiconductor equipment and hazardous systems
• Lead risk assessments for equipment installation, maintenance, and process changes
• Manage environmental compliance for air, water, wastewater, stormwater, and waste
• Maintain compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
• Develop and deliver EHS training and conduct audits to verify program effectiveness
• Support emergency preparedness, including response plans and drills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing
• Working knowledge of environmental compliance (air, wastewater, hazardous waste, etc.)
• Strong understanding of industrial hygiene and safety practices in cleanroom/lab environments
• Familiarity with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
• Ability to work on-site at facilities in Chandler and Phoenix with regular local travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certification such as CSP, ASP, CIH, or CHMM
