About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Colombian SST regulations according to SE guidelines
- Participate in accident and incident investigations
- Support the creation and implementation of procedures
- Deliver EHS training sessions
- Promote a preventive culture among employees
- Foster order and cleanliness standards
- Conduct on-site inspections regarding critical risks, emergencies, and environmental issues
Requirements
- Technician, technologist, or professional degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related fields
- Minimum six months of experience in safety inspections, training, SST indicator monitoring, and preventive management in industrial environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in teams and solve occupational health and safety problems
- Availability to work Monday to Saturday, including rotating shifts
