EHS Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly environmental regulatory reporting by collecting data and submitting reports according to government timelines
• Perform routine EHS risk assessments by identifying hazards and documenting findings
• Support EHS improvement actions by tracking corrective and preventive actions
• Update internal procedures in response to new or revised regulations
• Deploy Corning EHS policies by translating requirements into site-level practices
• Deliver EHS training sessions and provide on-site consultation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Safety, Environmental Health, or a similar discipline
• Basic knowledge of Taiwan EHS regulations and compliance requirements
• Basic EHS risk assessment capability, including hazard identification
• Basic understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 structures and requirements
• Intermediate English proficiency for reading procedures and professional communication

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience performing EHS activities within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with data analysis or performance tracking tools such as Power BI
• Exposure to EHS systems such as TOSHMS
• Experience supporting project management or action tracking activities
