EHS Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate induction courses for contractors and new personnel
• Manage the execution of regulatory studies and follow up on implementation requirements
• Coordinate emergency response drills and integrate emergency response brigades
• Organize safety and environmental training for all staff in collaboration with the training department
• Lead investigations into workplace incidents and accidents
• Oversee the execution of environmental studies
• Manage and update official procedures and filings with various government agencies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Natural Resources, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Must possess a professional license (Título y Cédula)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in safety and environmental coordination roles
• Strong knowledge of environmental and safety regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Availability for flexible scheduling and travel
• Willingness to relocate if applicable
