EHS Apprentice

Responsibilities

• Support the supervisor team in reporting unsafe conditions and acts within the operation
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled inspections within the plant
• Implement methodologies aimed at accident reduction
• Assist in the creation of standard operating procedures
• Support quality area procedures
• Report road accidents during work-related travel and participate in road safety training
• Comply with organizational safety guidelines and local legislation
• Maintain timely and accurate reporting of personal health conditions

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old
• Active student in the practical or lecture stage of EHS, Industrial Engineering, Administrative Management, or related fields
• High school diploma completed
• Ability to work in industrial environments involving noise, dust, and chemicals while using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
• Availability to complete the practical stage in Arjona, Colombia

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic computer skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
