EHR Integration Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of EHR HL7 and Aura customer interfaces, including analysis, design, implementation, and support.
• Build and support integrations between EHR and other systems using the Corepoint interface engine.
• Coordinate technical design, validation, and issue triage for healthcare partner integrations.
• Partner with external interface project teams and internal networking resources to configure and troubleshoot connections and VPNs.
• Analyze and manipulate data into appropriate formats for HL7 messaging and troubleshoot data transport mechanisms.
• Monitor error work queues to identify data quality trends and provide proactive support for live interfaces.
• Document technical specifications detailing data elements and HL7 message structures.
• Participate in a rotating on-call responsibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Computer Sciences, Math, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree).
• 3+ years of IT experience supporting system integrations.
• Ability to parse HL7 and XML.
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, technical, and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic Bridges certification.
• 3+ years of experience with the Corepoint interface engine or a similar system.
