EH&S Waste/Water Specialist

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of global environmental management systems and improve performance regarding solid waste and wastewater management.
• Coordinate and optimize environmental compliance programs across the site or hub.
• Participate in incident investigations and manage the corrective action process for environmental issues.
• Perform central reviews of all waste and wastewater related documents and submittals to ensure compliance.
• Manage permits, including submittal of applications for new equipment, modifications, and renewals.
• Act as the protocol owner and implementer for agency visits.
• Coach, train, and mentor EH&S technicians and develop appropriate training programs.
• Perform site gap assessments regarding EH&S work process implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or relevant military experience (at or above U.S. E5, Canadian Petty Officer 2nd Class, or Sergeant).
• Minimum of 6 years of EH&S, manufacturing, or related experience.
• Must possess a TWIC card or be eligible to obtain one.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with environmental compliance, permit application, and implementation.
• Direct operational experience with waste and wastewater management.
