EFL Teaching Supervisor (Service Manager)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a multicultural service team of teachers and coaches to deliver a premium educational experience.
• Manage daily service operations in alignment with Wall Street English standards and procedures.
• Partner with the Center Director and Sales Team to support internal sales, renewals, and referrals.
• Monitor service performance, student satisfaction, and learning outcomes to implement necessary improvements.
• Promote the Wall Street English method while building strong student and alumni engagement.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
• Proven experience leading, coaching, and motivating multicultural teams.
• Strong understanding of educational quality control and service delivery.
• Ability to manage day-to-day service operations and follow standard operating procedures.
• Experience working in an international or multicultural environment.
• Proficiency in using reporting tools and tracking performance metrics.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commercial or internal sales exposure is preferred.
