Efficiency Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify technology needs and opportunities to enhance program effectiveness
• Partner with external vendors and technology providers to leverage resources effectively
• Evaluate potential technology solutions, conduct vendor assessments, and negotiate contracts
• Design and maintain the program's overall technology infrastructure for scalability and security
• Manage software development projects from requirements gathering through deployment
• Oversee data governance practices and manage the utilization of program data
• Develop data analytics capabilities to monitor program performance and inform decision-making

Requirements

• Master's degree and three years of full-time research experience, or
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in government, public administration, or business strategy
• At least three years of experience in a consultative, managerial, or executive capacity
• Experience managing databases, including structuring, indexing, and optimizing queries
• Experience creating and instituting data governance practices
