Efficiency Business Integrator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate significant inter-agency collaboration to facilitate effective implementation of initiatives
• Partner with executive leaders and stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable technology initiatives
• Oversee the design, deployment, and governance of digital tools, data systems, and infrastructure
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across IT, data, product, and program operations
• Establish performance metrics to evaluate the impact of technology initiatives on service delivery and efficiency
• Identify opportunities to modernize legacy systems and streamline workflows
• Create and administer technology and project governance processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 7+ years of senior leadership experience in technology, digital strategy, and program operations
• 7+ years of project management experience implementing complex technology solutions in government or highly regulated environments
• Proven success aligning technological initiatives with organizational goals
• Strong program analysis and documentation skills (business requirements, user stories, process workflows)
• Experience tracking and evaluating ROI of technology products
