Effectiveness Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Evangelise measurement offerings and advocate for appropriate tool usage across client campaigns
• Collaborate with Media Planning and Activation teams to shape measurement strategies
• Synthesise findings from measurement solutions into actionable learnings
• Support analysts in developing new capabilities like attribution modelling and MMM solutions
• Lead analysis workstreams to transform effectiveness studies into quantifiable client value
• Manage relationships with external measurement and research partners
• Partner with Channel Development to ensure solutions align with client needs

Requirements

• Strong experience interpreting campaign effectiveness data
• Ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in manipulating datasets and drawing insights
• Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio
• Relevant experience in the media landscape, particularly biddable channels
• Proven track record of delivering impactful presentations to stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with reach & frequency modelling, incrementality testing, or A/B testing
• Knowledge of MMM or attribution modelling
• Experience working across MarTech platforms including DSPs and ad servers
