About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews, preliminary investigations, and fact-finding investigations
- Perform outreach, research, and surveillance to address workplace concerns
- Prepare reports, analyze data, and conduct surveys and audits
- Track hiring, demographic, and workforce data trends using Excel and other data systems
- Assist with access and accommodation inquiries and EEO compliance efforts
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
- High school graduation and six years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have at least one year of experience related to the duties described
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S. without sponsorship
