EEO Investigator

Responsibilities

• Conduct interviews, preliminary investigations, and fact-finding investigations
• Perform outreach, research, and surveillance to address workplace concerns
• Prepare reports, analyze data, and conduct surveys and audits
• Track hiring, demographic, and workforce data trends using Excel and other data systems
• Assist with access and accommodation inquiries and EEO compliance efforts

Requirements

• Baccalaureate degree and two years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
• High school graduation and six years of experience in community work or related activities; OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must have at least one year of experience related to the duties described
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S. without sponsorship
