About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee EEO policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
- Conduct or manage EEO investigations, reports, and resolutions
- Manage reasonable accommodation, ADA, pregnancy accommodation, and cooperative dialogue processes
- Support accessibility planning, compliance monitoring, and disability service initiatives
- Deliver EEO and compliance training for staff and management
- Prepare required compliance reports and workforce monitoring materials
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, local, and City EEO laws
- Experience with EEO investigations and report writing
- Experience managing reasonable accommodation and accessibility processes
- Ability to design and deliver compliance training
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
- Familiarity with NYC government and DCAS policies preferred
