About the role

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee EEO policies, procedures, and compliance initiatives
  • Conduct or manage EEO investigations, reports, and resolutions
  • Manage reasonable accommodation, ADA, pregnancy accommodation, and cooperative dialogue processes
  • Support accessibility planning, compliance monitoring, and disability service initiatives
  • Deliver EEO and compliance training for staff and management
  • Prepare required compliance reports and workforce monitoring materials

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, local, and City EEO laws
  • Experience with EEO investigations and report writing
  • Experience managing reasonable accommodation and accessibility processes
  • Ability to design and deliver compliance training
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters confidentially
  • Familiarity with NYC government and DCAS policies preferred
