EE Engineer

Responsibilities

• Support mechanical, electrical, and testing aspects of product design for a rapidly growing division
• Assemble prototypes for products under development and create fixtures for assembly and testing
• Drive creative, robust, and effective solutions that meet specific customer requirements
• Assist the engineering team with prototyping, product build, bring-up, testing, and documentation
• Manage design parameters and trade-off priorities in coordination with cross-functional teams
• Identify standard products and sub-blocks for inclusion in solution proposals
• Monitor KPIs for engineering processes and strive for continuous improvements in the engineering area
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical developments and industry trends

Requirements

• 2 years of relevant working experience or a strong functional educational background
• Technical comprehension of functional standards and engineering concepts
• Strong communication and excellent relational skills
• Ability to work effectively within a matrixed, cross-functional team environment
• Demonstrated understanding of functional impact on work processes and other departments
