E/E Architecture Synthesis Lead

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate system specifications to ensure alignment with E/E architecture
• Manage and execute applicative architecture activities for vehicle projects
• Monitor and control the E/E complexity matrix and track its evolution
• Define and maintain the applicative network synoptic (LIN, CAN, VAN, etc.)
• Perform E/E I/O allocation using tools such as Balli and Louise
• Design and manage DC power distribution and battery/alternator balance
• Lead dynamic simulations including alternator behavior and voltage drop analysis
• Manage technical deliverables, project planning, and milestone reporting
• Ensure compliance with mandatory rules and engineering standards
• Analyze and resolve ECU-level issues and perform root cause analysis
• Evaluate the impact of engineering changes (ECR) and manage configuration in PLM

Requirements

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in Electronics or Embedded Systems Engineering
• 1 to 3 years of experience in E/E Architecture or Systems
• Strong knowledge of automotive E/E architectures and embedded systems
• Understanding of vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, VAN) and ECU interactions
• Experience in power distribution design and electrical simulations
• Knowledge of the V-cycle development process
• Proficiency in PLM tools and change management
• Experience with diagnostic tools such as oscilloscope, CAN tools, or INCA
