Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a positive, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children
• Implement educational activities and lesson plans tailored to early childhood development
• Manage classroom behavior effectively to ensure a safe and productive atmosphere
• Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and fellow staff members regarding student progress and well-being

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an educational or childcare setting
• Strong classroom management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• For teaching roles: Bachelor’s Degree with a B.Ed qualification

Preferred Qualifications

• CACHE Level 3 or CACHE Level 5 certification
• Candidates currently residing in Sharjah on a dependent visa
