About the Company

Our Montessori Fachoberschule in Lauf a. d. Pegnitz is a small, personal vocational school offering four specializations: International Business, Social Work, Design, and Health. We live the SOLiS concept—an innovative school model that views school as an open living space where learning is designed individually, self-determinedly, and communally.

Responsibilities

• Individually and creatively shape the daily school life of students
• Support students in developing their full potential through self-responsibility and choice
• Implement Montessori pedagogical principles within the classroom

Requirements

• Experience with Montessori pedagogy or a strong interest in learning it
• Passion for working in an educational environment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a flat hierarchy
