Educator

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of engaging, play-based educational programs
• Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Maintain a safe, inclusive, and child-focused environment
• Observe, document, and contribute to children's learning and development through individual portfolios and assessments
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Assist with daily routines, learning environments, mealtimes, and resource preparation
• Promote child safety and wellbeing in line with Child Safe Organisation principles

Requirements

• Diploma in Early Childhood
• Completed National Child Safety Training (Mandatory)
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Ability to undergo a national police history check
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
• A positive team player with a passion for early learning

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working as an early learning Educator
