Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience
• Assess guest needs to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education
• Facilitate seamless end-to-end guest experiences including omnichannel programs
• Perform product presentation, restocking, and cleaning tasks
• Maintain a safe work environment following safety policies

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to travel to assigned store with own transportation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to move through a store for most of a shift
• Ability to move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs
