Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to provide customized purchase and return solutions
• Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefits of lululemon products
• Facilitate seamless transactions and execute omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store
• Maintain product presentation by restocking items and organizing the sales floor
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a supportive and inclusive environment
• Perform cleaning tasks and adhere to safety policies to maintain a luxury store environment

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have legal work authorization in the United States
• Must have the ability to travel to the NYC 5th Ave store with own transportation
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to move through a store for most of a shift and lift boxes up to 30 lbs

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
