Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an outstanding learning environment for children aged 0-5
• Provide passionate and dedicated professional care within a supportive team
• Implement age-appropriate activities and learning resources
• Support the daily operations of the centre to ensure a high-quality experience for children and families

Requirements

• Minimum ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children’s Services
• Proven experience within an Early Childhood service (working with children 0-5 years)
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current Working with Children Check
• Valid First Aid certificate
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
