About the Company

Our Raphaelhaus daycare center is located directly by the forest in the idyllic district of Saarn. With three groups totaling 50 children, we offer ideal conditions for nature-oriented daily life with plenty of movement in the fresh air, a nature workshop, and our own gym. We are certified as a "Haus der kleinen Forscher".

Responsibilities

• Accompany children by promoting development, independence, and community in everyday life
• Promote education by planning activities according to educational plans and observing learning progress
• Involve parents through transparent educational partnerships and conducting discussions
• Maintain documentation of developmental steps and ensure standards
• Strengthen the team by contributing ideas, implementing projects, and engaging in collective reflection

Requirements

• Completed pedagogical training (e.g., educator, special needs educator, or similar)
• Ability to take responsibility and work independently
• Empathy, reliability, and a heart for children
• Open, team-oriented, and solution-oriented approach
• Shared Christian values
