About the role
Responsibilities
- Communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers through virtual and in-person engagements
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process
- Meet sales goals on a consistent basis and help design new, creative sales strategies
- Stay up-to-date with changing market trends and provide exceptional customer service
- Gather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offerings
- Promote IXL and Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences nationwide
- Travel 75-80% of the time, including periodic overnights as required
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 3+ years of educational sales experience
- Ability to travel 75-80%
- Familiarity with web-based technologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

- Classroom experience or experience in a related educational field
