Responsibilities

  • Communicate key product features and benefits to prospective customers through virtual and in-person engagements
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs to provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process
  • Meet sales goals on a consistent basis and help design new, creative sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with changing market trends and provide exceptional customer service
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve and enhance product offerings
  • Promote IXL and Rosetta Stone at educational technology conferences nationwide
  • Travel 75-80% of the time, including periodic overnights as required

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 3+ years of educational sales experience
  • Ability to travel 75-80%
  • Familiarity with web-based technologies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Classroom experience or experience in a related educational field
  • Passion for bringing technology into the classroom
