About the role
Responsibilities
- Assess students’ needs and develop highly individualised support plans in co-production with families and colleagues
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy and train staff to embed strategies throughout the school day
- Work collaboratively with clinicians, educators, and families to support students aged 9–17
- Understand and respond to masking and school-related trauma
- Help students recognise and reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field
Preferred Qualifications
- At least two years of post-graduate experience as an Educational Psychologist
