About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assess students’ needs and develop highly individualised support plans in co-production with families and colleagues
  • Deliver direct and indirect therapy and train staff to embed strategies throughout the school day
  • Work collaboratively with clinicians, educators, and families to support students aged 9–17
  • Understand and respond to masking and school-related trauma
  • Help students recognise and reach their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment

Requirements

  • HCPC registration
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or related field

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least two years of post-graduate experience as an Educational Psychologist
