Educational Project Specialist — Tech Programs

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of educational programs for technical specialists, such as Software Engineering and Front-end schools
• Launch full-cycle educational projects from initial idea to completion
• Develop curricula based on market analysis, company expertise, and industry benchmarks
• Design effective learning experiences, including content, formats, and speaker interactions
• Coordinate with speakers, program participants, and cross-functional teams (marketing and design)
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Genesis Academy processes and formats

Requirements

• Higher education degree (completed or in progress)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in creating or coordinating educational projects, online courses, or educational products
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to self-organize, prioritize tasks, and work independently
• Experience in NGOs or youth organizations with successful project implementation is an alternative
